Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of sealed TCG products, we do not offer returns. In the event of an order arriving damaged or not as described, please fill out and submit the contact form at the bottom of the page and we will do our best to make things right.
Cancellations can only be made prior to the shipment of an order and will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This will be deducted from the refund amount in order to cover the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged on all transactions.
Shipping & Pre-Order Policy
Orders will typically ship within 48 hours of payment. For pre-order and out of stock items, please refer to the specific item's description for shipping info. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order/out of stock items will ship once all items in the order are available.
